Un’esperienza coinvolgente e intensa per esplorare a fondo il potenziale del team, centrata sullo sviluppo e l’espansione dell’intelligenza collettiva.

Obiettivi dell’esperienza formativa:

  • acquisire maggior consapevolezza emotiva e capacità di gestire le emozioni
  • riconoscere i pattern comportamentali del team
  • accedere alla fonte di energia interna più profonda 

Metodologia: experiential learning, theory U.

La Teoria U è un approccio di leadership e trasformazione sociale sviluppato da Otto Scharmer, docente presso il Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Questa teoria si concentra sul processo di cambiamento personale e collettivo, sottolineando l’importanza di passare attraverso un processo di profonda riflessione e consapevolezza per raggiungere un’innovazione significativa.

L’invito è di divenire più presenti ed ancorati nel nostro corpo. Le pratiche che proponiamo sono a supporto dell’essere totalmente presenti al qui ed ora, adagiando la nostra attenzione (mente) sulla sensazione del corpo. Quando mente e corpo sono in sincronia, abbiamo accesso ad una conoscenza profonda. I partecipanti vengono ingaggiati in questa pratica per transitare dalle velocità e dalla pressione della vita lavorativa in uno stato mentale più ricettivo e più ancorato a terra.

Le nostre emozioni si dispiegano secondo un linea temporale. La timeline inizia con un evento di innesco, che suscita una esperienza emotiva che risolve alla fine in una reazione. Lo stesso innesco può generare reazioni e risposte differenti a seconda dell’emozione che viene provata. 

Le attività proposte sono esperienze appositamente progettate per permettere ai partecipanti di sperimentare in modo divertente e coinvolgente le dinamiche del team. Queste esperienze offrono l’opportunità di riflettere insieme sui punti di forza del gruppo e sulle aree che necessitano di miglioramento, favorendo così una crescita collettiva.

La consapevolezza dei propri modelli mentali e la conoscenza della scala dell’inferenza, che genera la personale prospettiva sulle cose e sugli altri, sono passi di auto-consapevolezza necessari alla creazione di intelligenza collettiva.

How long we retain your data
